Getting Started & Return Policy


American Coat Company is a vertically integrated manufacturing operation sewing in the USA that supplies images of our high quality garments to online retailers and brands displaying their/your name on them. You never have to invest in or physically maintain an inventory. 

It's your brand ! Think of it this way, we empower you to become your own Patagonia, North Face, Polo, REI, Under Armour, Tom Ford, Eddie Bauer styled brand without investing in the manufacturing, warehousing and distribution process.  We have had our own in-house brands for years.  Freeride Systems, Fulsus USA, Michael Collins Outerwear to name a few. We know what it takes to provide you the tools for success with your own Brand !  Our in-house branded jackets have sold between $300-400 for years while our luxury brand brings in over $1,800.00 per jacket.  Bottom line is our garments are not cheap mass produced throw away apparel. They are USA made high quality and crafted which will make you and your customers proud.

We make our garments as ‘blanks’ which we warehouse at our fulfillment center in Englewood, Colorado.  We work with you to create your Brand Profile during the initial set up phase.  We then create product images which we give to you of the styles with your branding that you want to sell.  You can sell one style, or as many as you desire !  You then place the images of the jackets with your brand on your website as products and sell.  We do everything else.

Please note you will be responsible for managing your own online inventory levels to coincide with our actual inventory levels.  When a color is sold out - it is sold out.  The color may or may not be produced again due to our raw goods fabric supply.  However, we will supply you with any new color replacement images free of charge for styles you sell as we add them to our inventory.  We should always keep existing styles while adding new ones along the way.  You decide what styles you want to carry.  Of note, is our far below normal garment failure rate, which assures an excellent customer experience.  We maintain an in-house repair department to assist in the rare case of failure.

Simple ! You never have to physically stock inventory (unless you take a return, see policy below).  When you make a sale, you come to this website and purchase the garment at wholesale pricing and enter your customer's 'ship to' address.  We apply your brand's logo profile that you have created in the set up phase and drop ship to your customer.  Placing the order with us takes just a few minutes.

We prepare the garment with your branded logo and ship to your customer. The process takes around 2-3 days from when YOU place the order on this website. Our distribution center is able to perform this service for one garment sale or thousands. Our customers (that's you !) can fully concentrate on marketing and selling knowing the production and fulfillment processes are in expert hands.

It's Easy ! To start selling our Made in USA high quality American Coat Company garments, just purchase one "Start Here" product for every style you wish to sell. "Start Here" products are priced at our suggested MSRP retail price and found on each product's listing on this website.  This system allows us to absorb the costs of building your Brand Profile as well as putting the actual garment in your hands so that you may be familiar with the product.  You only pay the "Start Here" price ONE time per style. After purchasing one "Start Here" product per style you only pay wholesale thereafter.

Return Policy

Due to the customization of each garment with your logo, we are unable to take returns for any reason.  If you experience a return, you should simply inventory that garment at your place of business and ship it direct the next time you sell that style/size/ color combination.  We do not accept returns for sizing issues or any other reason, so please make sure you are familiar with our sizing and fit as well as all other details of our garments.
